I recently bought a house in Morley that required demolition. I obtained several quotes and was amazed to find such a wide range in price.

• Swift Demolition $14.600 GST Exc ($16,060 GST Inc)
• Demolition Works $15370 GST Exc ($16,907 GST Inc)
• Statewide Demolition & Recycling $15,700 GST Inc
• Groundworks Demolition $22,880 GST Inc
• JAG Demolition $14,940 GST Exc ($16,434 GST Inc)
• Civil and Demo $13,640 GST Inc.

The reason why I have some prices above listed with GST Exclusive as well as the GST Inclusive prices, is because they quote GST Exclusive only. Which is a rather retarded thing to do for the Demolition business.

All of these quotes do not include the various service disconnections as well as Shire deposits that are also required.
